As soon as I boarded the aircraft, I was captivated by the comfortable ambiance of the cabin. The Airbus A330-300 featured a business class layout of 1-2-1, which provided each passenger with ample privacy. My seat could lie completely flat, and although it was a relatively short flight, I felt immensely relaxed.
The in-flight meal was another highlight of this trip. After boarding, I enjoyed a welcome drink and checked out the menu. I chose the Ceylon milk rice trio, which included a red sponge cake and redfish curry. The unique flavors of the food allowed me to savor the South Asian culinary culture. Although the taste took some getting used to, it was a delightful adventure for my palate.
Since it was an early morning flight, I was fortunate to enjoy breathtaking views. During takeoff, the coastline of Ceylon was clearly visible; mid-flight, I gazed out at the sea of clouds over the Indian Ocean. As we approached the Maldives, the stunning coral islands and atolls became the most enchanting part of my journey. Finally, as I looked down, I saw the capital island of Male and the runway of Male International Airport, making this experience feel worth every moment.
Reflecting on my flight in business class, I not only enjoyed a comfortable traveling environment but also tasted delicious meals and witnessed incomparable scenery. It truly was a memorable journey.
